Hound Dog 18650 Flashlight

The Hound Dog 18650 Flashlight utilizes the Hound Dog 18650XT Head and the MDX2 Body and MDX Tailcap. This Flashlight was Designed for use with a Single 18650 Li-ion Battery.

This flashlight is all about throw.  It has a tightly focused beam with a reasonable spill.  The output is approximately 850 measured Out the Front lumens on high and 75 OTF lumens on low.  The High/Low is controlled by head rotation.  The On/Off switch is a forward clicky with momentary function.

This flashlight will illuminate objects at 1000+ feet.  The Lux at one meter is approximately 55,000 .  The tint is 5700K.

The runtime on the included 18650 battery is approximately 1 hour at full output (down to 500 lumens).  Then another 45 minutes of bright output (down to 100 lumens) followed by several hours of declining output.

This Flashlight was designed for rugged service from the ground up.  It is fully potted to stand up to rough service and recoil.
