MDC HTL Flashlight

Malkoff  MDC HTL 18650 Flashlight. The light has approximately 800 lumens and 30,000 Lux (candela) at one meter. The full output runtime on a 3500mah 18650 battery is approximately 90 minutes.

It consists of a MDC 18650 Dual-Fuel Body and a HTL (single mode) Head or a HTL 3 Mode (LMH) Head. The body is one piece with a McClicky Switch and Black Nitride Stainless Steel Pocket Clip Installed. The options for the Head and Pocket Clip may be chosen with the buttons above. It DOES NOT have a removable tailcap. It is constructed of 6061 T6 Aluminum and is HA Black Type III Hard Anodized. 

The body is designed for a single protected 18650 rechargeable battery. We discourage the use of unprotected batteries for overall safety. A charger for this battery is sold HERE. 

It will also fit two CR123 primary batteries but they may rattle and may need to be shimmed.

This is a nice pocket sized flashlight that will reach out 200+ yards with good spill.

Mode of Operation for Optional 3 Mode Head:

The switch debounce time is 150 milliseconds. The mode will advance each time the light is momentarily activated and the switch debounce time has passed.

This light USES ON TIME to determine mode switching.  If the light is left ON for more than 1 second, the NEXT off/on cycle will return the light to low.  If the light is NOT LEFT ON for 1+ seconds the NEXT off/on cycle will advance the mode.  The off time has no relation to the mode switching of the light.  In most normal use, the light will always come on in low.

STAINLESS-STEEL BEZEL OPTION

The stainless-steel(SS) bezels fit this head and any MDC head that uses an optic. If purchased from this screen, the stainless-steel bezel will be installed on the head. The original black-anodized aluminum bezel will be included.
