DESCRIPTION:
Malkoff MDC E2HTV3 EZP (Easy Programmable) 16650 (2CR123 sized) Flashlight. This flashlight can be reprogrammed to use different combinations of the Low, Medium, and High modes. The full output runtime on a 2000-2500mah 16650 battery is approximately 45min to 1 hour. The full output runtime on 2x CR123 is approximately 30-45 minutes. The LED is cool white with approximately 5700K CCT. The exact model of the LED is a trade secret.

*Below 3.6 volts the flashlight will slowly taper in output. Low Voltage Protection (fast taper) doesn't start until 3 volts. Below 2.7 volts the flashlight will turn itself off. The use of an unprotected cell entails additional risks.

The Flashlight consists of a MDC 16650 Handheld Body and one of our MDC E2HTV3 EZP heads. The body is one piece with a McClicky Switch and Pocket Clip of your choosing Installed. The options for the Pocket Clip may be chosen with the buttons above. It DOES NOT have a removable tailcap. It is constructed of 6061 T6 Aluminum and is HA Black Type III Hard Anodized.

The body is designed for a single protected 16650 rechargeable battery. We encourage the use of protected batteries for overall safety. The flashlight does have low voltage protection (LVP). However, for maximum output, we also carry an unprotected, low internal resistance high discharge 16650 battery. Sold Here. The use of an unprotected cell entails additional risks. TITANIUM POCKET CLIP OPTION
The optional Titanium Deep Carry MDC Pocket Clips are custom designed and manufactured by LynchNW exclusively for the Malkoff Devices line of MDC Pocket Lights. They are made of Grade 5 6AL-4V Titanium with a Stone Washed Finish. These pocket clips will prevent tail-standing the light. Clip description HERE.
STAINLESS-STEEL BEZEL OPTION
The stainless-steel(SS) bezels fit this head and any MDC head that uses an optic. If purchased from this screen, the stainless-steel bezel will be installed on the head. The original black-anodized aluminum bezel will be included.

PROGRAMMING THE LIGHT (watch the video)
- The light is programmed using a series of short and long button presses.
- A short button press is a short momentary (<0.5 second) button press that DOES NOT latch/click the switch.
- A long button press is a long (>0.5 second) button press. In most cases latching the switch is not necessary.
- To enter Programming Mode perform 20 short button presses. It is not necessary to count or be exact. Simply perform short presses until the light begins to fast strobe.
- Hold the long button press. The light will fast strobe for approximately 5 seconds.
- Continue holding the long press. After the strobe, the light will emit single flashes at 2 second intervals.
- Count the number of flashes and release the button when the desired mode group (number of flashes) is reached.
- Releasing the the button during the fast strobe will reset to default (L-M-H).
PROGRAMMING EXAMPLE
- To make your light single mode high only.
- Short press until the light starts strobing.
- Hold the press. Once the strobing stops - Release the button after the 4th flash.
