Malkoff Devices E2 Extra Throw Heads to fit Surefire M600 Scout, M600DF Scout, and E-Series light bodies.  The head is constructed of 6061 T6 aluminum and Type III Hard Black Anodized.  This design utilizes a tightly focused TIR Optic for maximum reach. *Below 3.6 volts the head will slowly taper in output. Low Voltage Protection (fast taper) doesn't start until 3 volts. Below 2.7 volts the flashlight will turn itself off. The use of an unprotected cell entails additional risks.

E2XTV3 DETAILS:

This head only fits Surefire M600 Scout and E-Series Bodies. It will NOT fit the M600DF (18650-dual fuel) Scout Bodies. The input voltage is 3.7 to 9 volts.

It was designed for use with 2 primary 3v CR123 batteries or 1 Li-ion rechargeable batteries. It will not give full output on the lower voltage of a LiFEPO4 battery.

Full output runtimes (18650) are dependent on the capacity and internal resistance of the battery used. In general, lower internal resistance = higher output and less runtime. A 3000mah capacity 18650 will give approximately 1 hour of runtime.

It will easily illuminate objects at 1000+ feet and will blind opponents within a 200 foot radius. The LED is cool white with approximately 5700K CCT. The exact model of the LED is a trade secret. Please read the "Things to Know Before Purchase" section before purchasing this head.

Things to Know Before Purchase:

If You Hunt Predators at 100 to 200 Yards, this is the Head for you!  

This Head is Designed for Maximum Reach in a Small Format.  If You are a White Wall Hunter, This is NOT the Head For You (it does not have a beautiful, symmetrical beam on a white wall).

Our replacement head requires that the threads on your body be bare metal.  Some earlier Surefire bodies did not have bare threads.  If this is the case with your body, you will need to clean the anodize off of the threads.

Battery Warnings For Rechargeable Li-ion Batteries:

- Do Not over-discharge/overcharge

- Please recharge drained batteries ASAP

- Do Not short circuit

- Do Not dispose of in fire

- Do Not expose to extreme heat or water
