Shipping & Returns
Our shipping Policy
We will make our best effort to ship all orders received within a day or two of the day they are received. All shipments are subject to in-stock availability. Orders completed on Friday will ship on Monday at the earliest. Unless otherwise requested, we ship all domestic orders by USPS Priority Mail.
Due to overwhelming demand for international shipping we now offer shipping to the following countries. Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, European Union, South Africa, French Polynesia, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Brazil.
Flat Rate Shipping Prices: International Shipping Includes Mandatory Tracking, and Signature Confirmation. We have learned to do this the hard way and only charge what it costs us. Export and Import taxes are the customers responsibility. Actual Payment Price will be listed on all Customs Invoices/Forms.

Our Return Policy
All items except otherwise mentioned, may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date. There is no restocking fee for qualified returns. The merchandise must be in new and re-saleable, unused condition and in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 30 days. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
We do not accept returns via COD or billed to us in any way.
Malkoff Devices warrants our products to be free of manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser. If we determine that a product is defective in material and/or workmanship during your lifetime, we will repair/replace no charge. Some exceptions do apply.
Our warranty does not cover consumables (batteries, etc.) or electronics. Some of our products include electronic components. Electronic components are by nature subject to failure at any time without notice (always carry spare batteries and backup flashlights). Our warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear, or damage resulting from abuse, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
A return authorization number is not required for returns. Please send an email to email@example.com be sure to include your name, invoice number, reason for the return, email address and phone number. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items. It is also the customers responsibility to Insure delivery of all returned items.
We reserve the right to change the terms at any time without warning or notice.
